EVOLV IQ
Imagine what we are capable of.
Consulting for the people who run big things — a company, a school, a council, society itself. Reimagined at the core.
The most transformed person in the room
still has to go home
to the same broken structure
if nobody redesigns it alongside them.
evolvIQ works at the level of the system itself
The whole of it. Reimagined at its core.
A Whole Company
Imagine a company where every person inside it is working at the level of what they are actually capable of — and the company is built so that they can.
A School
Imagine a school designed around what a child is capable of, rather than around what a timetable is.
A Local Council
Imagine a council that the people it serves would describe, without being asked, as theirs.
Society Itself
Imagine how society works, at its core, redesigned by the people who are society.
We are society. It’s up to us.

The Road In
- OneSit down, together. The whole of what you run, on the table.
- TwoImagine what it is capable of.The version that has not been imagined yet.
- ThreeBuild it, alongside. With you inside it, and the people who will live in it.
A World Not Yet Imagined
Which is it?
Say what it could become.
And who you are.
Kept.
Every one of these is read by a person, and answered at the address you gave.
Or write straight away — write to her
We have not scratched the surface of what human beings are capable of.
Not even close.
Imagine what we are capable of.
